Please read these Terms of Service before using this website or placing an order. By visiting linencattrees.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Linen Cat Trees is an online store that sells cat trees, scratching posts, and related cat furniture. The store is operated by ANDREW BARNES GU INC.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract to place an order. You confirm that the information you give at checkout is accurate.
3. Products and descriptions
We sell products for indoor cats. They are pet furniture and toys, not products for children.
We try to describe sizes, materials, and colors accurately. Photos are for illustration. Actual color may vary slightly by screen. Handmade or assembled items may vary by about 1–3 cm from the listed size.
We do not guarantee that every cat will use the product, or that it will stop a cat from scratching other furniture.
4. Prices and availability
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. Availability can change. If an item is out of stock after you order, we will contact you to cancel and refund that item.
Promotional codes apply only as stated and cannot be combined unless we say so.
5. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or refuse an order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping limits, or stock issues.
Payment is due at checkout through the methods we display. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided.
6. Shipping
We ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. boxes unless checkout clearly allows it.
Delivery dates are estimates. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or an incomplete address are not our fault. Please make sure someone can receive the package. You are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address.
Many items require assembly. Please follow the included instructions and place the product on a flat indoor floor.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy. That policy is part of these terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with the site or other customers
- Copy product photos or text to sell competing products
- Submit false orders or false claims
9. Intellectual property
The Linen Cat Trees name, logo, product photos, and website content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
10. Disclaimer
The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not make extra warranties beyond those required by law. Pet products involve normal wear. Supervise pets around small parts, hanging toys, and springs.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ANDREW BARNES GU INC and Linen Cat Trees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or property damage beyond the product itself.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Some states do not allow certain limitations. If those laws apply to you, some of the above limits may not apply.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify ANDREW BARNES GU INC against claims arising from your misuse of the products, your breach of these terms, or your violation of the law.
13. Privacy

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved by email, courts located in Pennsylvania will have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The effective date will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
