1. About Linen Cat Trees

Linen Cat Trees is an online store offering cat trees, scratching posts, cat activity centers, and related indoor cat furniture and products.

Our products are designed primarily for indoor cats and are intended for normal household pet use.

  • Measurements may vary slightly due to manual measurement.

  • Actual product appearance may vary slightly from product photos.

  • Some products require assembly.

  • Product designs, materials, colors, or features may change over time, subject to applicable law and any commitments made when an order is accepted.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, our products are intended for indoor use on a suitable, flat surface.

Pet behavior varies from cat to cat. We do not guarantee that every cat will use, enjoy, or respond to a particular product in the same way.

We also do not guarantee that a product will prevent a cat from scratching furniture, climbing on furniture, or engaging in other behavior.

4. Product Safety and Use

Please inspect products before use and follow any assembly instructions included with your order.

Some products may include small parts, hanging toys, springs, or other components that may become worn or damaged with use.

You are responsible for supervising your pet as appropriate and for removing or replacing a product if it becomes damaged or unsafe.

Do not use an indoor cat product outdoors unless the product description specifically states that it is suitable for outdoor use.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, outdoor use, or failure to follow product instructions, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that may apply to defective or unsafe products.

5. Prices and Availability

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, product information, promotions, and availability may change before an order is accepted.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information and inventory accurate, but occasional errors may occur.

If we discover a pricing, product information, or inventory error after you place an order, we may contact you to explain the issue and discuss the available options. If the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, we may cancel the affected order or item and issue an applicable refund.

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to the terms presented with the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for reasonable reasons, including:

7. Shipping

We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the 48 contiguous states of the United States.

We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Washington, D.C.

  • Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories

  • P.O. boxes

  • APO, FPO, or DPO addresses

  • Addresses outside the 48 contiguous states

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after the cutoff time will generally begin processing on the next business day.

Standard shipping typically takes an estimated 3–7 days after the order ships. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders. There is no minimum purchase requirement, and no standard shipping fee is charged at checkout.

We may use carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order and destination.

8. Shipping Addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please carefully review your address before completing checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or another delivery issue, please contact us for assistance.

We will review the circumstances and work with you to determine an appropriate solution, which may include reshipment, a return, an exchange, or a refund where applicable.

We will explain any proposed resolution before proceeding. Approved returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, including our commitment to cover the shipping costs for approved returns and exchanges.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@linencattrees.com.

We can generally cancel an order if it has not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to cancel it or change the shipping address. In that case, you may request a return or exchange after delivery if the order qualifies under our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Our standard return window is 30 days from the delivery date for eligible products, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

We offer direct exchanges for eligible products. Customers do not need to return an item and place a separate new order as the standard exchange process. Customers should contact our customer service team for approval and instructions before sending an item back.

Linen Cat Trees covers the shipping costs for approved returns and exchanges under our Return & Refund Policy. Customers are not required to pay return or exchange shipping fees for requests handled under that policy.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, where a return shipment is required.

11. Acceptable Use
